I have an awesomely innovative way to display the new thread, new poll, etc. buttons. BUT I NEEDS YOU TO HELP OOT.

Please help me do the following things and strike them out once you're done:

- Compile a list of all buttons a MEMBER would normally see on the thread listing page.

- Compile a list of all buttons a STAFF MEMBER would normally see on the thread listing page (with admin functions on).

It looks pretty awesome atm, however, there is a slight transperency glitch, where when I roll over something, the box (minus words) become transparent, that'd I recommend fixing.
